Phone Numbers, traced to their owner
A phone number on its own does not say which sub-account it belongs to — GoHighLevel has no screen or API that will tell you. The new Phone Numbers tab reads every sub-account in your agency in turn and builds the list itself, so each number arrives with the sub-account name and ID beside it.
A searchable report, or a CSV
The popup is the control; the list is the deliverable. Open it as a filterable report you can hand over, or take the CSV — type, friendly name, assigned user, forwarding number and the date added, alongside the sub-account.
Interrupted scans pick up where they stopped
A large agency takes a few minutes, and anything that runs for minutes can be interrupted. Progress is saved as it goes, so the numbers already found stay downloadable — and the next run resumes from there instead of starting the whole thing again.
The dependency graph is readable again
The linkage graph was drawing three quarters of its nodes stacked against the edge of the frame, which looked like structure and was not. It now lays out only what you are looking at, so clusters are actual clusters. Media files and assets nothing references start hidden, both one click away.
See which assets nothing is using
Every export now reports what is sitting in the account unused. Media gets a firm answer — a file whose URL and name appear nowhere in your emails, funnels or websites is genuinely not being served, and you are told how many megabytes those files cost. Templates, forms and trigger links come back as a shortlist to review rather than a delete list, each one naming the legitimate case that would explain it.
A short list never pretends to be complete
If a sub-account cannot be read, it is named in the report and kept out of the totals rather than quietly dropped. Sub-accounts with no phone system are counted separately, because that is not a failure.

Only what we can prove moves the number
A workflow marked draft, a tag carrying no contacts, a reference pointing at something deleted — those read a field that states the fact, so they score. Checks that could be wrong about GoHighLevel don't. Scanning an email body for an unsubscribe link GHL appends at send time would report "224 of 224 missing", which means the check is broken, not the account. Those are surfaced as advisories and never touch the score.
Every finding drills down to the asset
A count on its own is useless. Each finding lists the affected assets by name, with a deep link that opens the workflow in the GHL builder — on your white-label domain, not ours. Tags and custom fields, which GHL can't deep-link, land you on the right settings screen with the exact names to look for.
A template isn't judged like a live account
The same facts mean different things depending on what the account is. Draft is a snapshot's resting state, so under the Snapshot profile activation drops out entirely and the weight moves onto Build Integrity — what a blueprint is actually judged on. Three profiles: Live, Snapshot/template, Setup in progress. Switch between them in the report and the score recalculates.
A skipped check reads as unknown, never as clean
If a rule crashes, it lands in the report, the categories it would have judged are marked incomplete, and the grade becomes "Incomplete" with a banner saying so. An audit that fails upward — quietly awarding full marks for a check that never ran — is worse than one that fails loudly.
